Our skin needs a little tender loving care, from diet to the products we use; here are a few tips.

Skin cleanse

Washing your face removes the dirt, oils and bacteria. We all have our favourite cleansers and toners, but a natural cleansing bar of soap is an excellent way to clean without drying out your skin.

Our soap is free from artificial fragrances and parabens!


Some natural soaps contain parts of the flower buds or other ingredients like ground oats which help with gentle exfoliation. Body brushes and a cotton or muslin facial cleansing cloth are excellent for gentle exfoliation.


Sleep is essential for our bodies to restore, rejuvenate and repair. Our skin produces new collagen when we sleep. Going to bed and waking up at consistent times helps with restful sleep. Lavender in pillow sprays, melts, and candles can help you relax.

The Great Outdoors

Air pollution and artificial fragrances can affect your skin. Pollutants from harmful free radicals can cause skin irritations. Fresh air helps us relax and reduce stress and natural skin care products with antioxidants can improve skin repair.

Skin hydration

Using a moisturiser every day is essential for every skin type. Proper moisturising helps prevent dry, flaky skin and keeps skin cells performing at their best. Nourishing moisturisers and facial oils can help prevent fine lines and wrinkles from forming. Dehydrated skin can look dry and dull; ditch the alcohol and coffee in favour of water.
