ARE YOU PRONE TO OILY SKIN?
Oily skin responds well to slightly astringent citrusy soap such as Lavender and Lemongrass or our zesty Lemon and Poppy seed exfoliating bar. All our bar soaps are crafted with bespoke formulas that can help with skin care, including vegetable glycerin, which cleanses the skin without robbing it of too much oil.
SENSITIVE OR ACNE-PRONE SKIN
Natural ingredients like honey and oats are excellent for sensitive skin. Oatmeal treats acne and eczema by removing oil, dirt, and dead skin, thus reducing skin inflammation. MORE ECO-FRIENDLY THAN LIQUID SOAP
Our soap is wrapped using pretty craft paper. All our packaging and labels are 100% recyclable and take up no space in landfills, unlike plastic packaging used in manufacturing and transporting liquid soap.
When you buy liquid soap, there is "waste" compared to bar soap. If you are budget-conscious and environmentally aware, consider the higher cost of most liquid soap. The plastic bottle and pump action dispenser take up a significant amount of space in landfills, and the material they are made out of is more difficult to recycle than what goes into packaging bar soap.
Research shows that the energy used to make liquid soap is far more significant than that used to produce bar soap. There is also the need to add chemicals, water, and more packaging.
