If you cannot have a luxurious salon pedicure, try giving your feet a weekly treat by soaking them in bath salts, massage with foot butter and treat your toenails to a fresh coat of nail polish.
Try a couple of slices of cucumber over closed eyelids to help reduce puffiness. Use a facial cleansing mask and apply a gentle serum or facial oil to your face morning and evening.
Use a body brush in the shower to stimulate circulation or pop a bar of your favourite soap in a sisal wash bag for mild and gentle exfoliation.
Leave your hair conditioner on longer and wrap in a towel or shower cap for a deeply nourishing treatment.
Tye your hair up with a lovely headband or use a decorative scarf to create a bandana while your hair is not looking its absolute best.
