We are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within seven days, provided they are in their original condition, unopened, unused and undamaged. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any product used. Postage is non-refundable.

- Our standard UK delivery rate for orders under £35 is £3.95.
- We can deliver your order within 3-5 working days to mainland UK and mainland Scotland addresses and seven working days to Northern Ireland and the outer Scottish islands, excluding the Channel Islands.
Next Day Delivery | £5.95
- Our next-day delivery service rate is £5.95. Delivery is between 7:30 am and 5 pm, a UK mainland delivery only.
- Orders must be placed by 2 pm and should arrive the next working day (subject to stock availability & Royal Mail services).
- Delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed after 2 pm Friday will be despatched the following Monday
